Rosie Temple

 

My name is Rosie Temple. I chose that name because as a child I was told I looked liked Shirley Temple (I don't anymore) and I have super Rosy cheeks! I'm fromI am from Lorain, Ohio and I'm currently 24 years old. I have always wanted to model. Even as a child. But being chubby, I was always told that I was pretty enough, however, not skinny enough. One day I woke up and decided that i can do ANYTHING that I put my mind to. I decided that those opinions were irrelevant. Now here I am!I do not think anyone can model. Not because they might be too fat, too skinny, or not pretty enough. But because it can be quite an emotional ride. You have a lot of haters as well as fans and sometimes it can get overwhelming. I feel like you need to be able to handle all kinds of criticism and some people might not be able to take mean criticism. I'm still trying to accept myself. It gets easier as the days go by and becoming a model has definitely pushed me to realize that being fat is not the end of the world and I'm still pretty damned good looking regardless. I think everyone has those days when they don't want to accept themselves. Even the most confident! We are only human. Favorites: #1 Music! I would be nothing without it! Music is my best friend. It cleanses the soul and it clears my head. It's there when I feel like nobody else cares. Sometimes I feel like certain pieces were written just for me. #2 The beach! I could lay in the warm sand, soak up the sun, and swim in the ocean everyday for the rest of my life! #3 Ethnic Food! I love to try new foods from different nationalities around the world. I hope to someday travel around the world to sample the most authentic meals!
